HOW CAN I FIND THE TICKET WITH THE BOOKING?

Documents of already made bookings can always be found on the reservation page, as well as already being sent via e-mail to the address left at the time of purchase/registration (also check your spam folder). By entering the login details you used to register, you can retrieve your ticket(s) (in the area: Log In - My Account - Orders History).
If you made your purchase/registration using Facebook or Google+, you will need to check the email address associated with these social media channels. It may be that the social-media email is not the same mailbox as the one normally used by the user.

IS IT MANDATORY TO PRINT THE BOOKING?

It is not mandatory, but it can facilitate the correct reading of entrances. Tablets/smartphones may be used.
The booking bears a QR-code or bar-code that can be read at the various entrance turnstiles, and they are checked when entering.
Entry may be denied if the entry date and time do not match the date and time of booking. A minimum tolerance is allowed with respect to the booking time (approximately 5 minutes).

HOW LONG IS THE ALLOWED DELAY FOR A BOOKED ENTRANCE?

When visitors come to visit, they must arrive at the time set when booking, with a guaranteed tolerance of 5 minutes (e.g., if the slot booked starts at 10:00 and ends at 10:30, entry is allowed from 10:00 but exit must be no later than 10:35).

THE TIME SLOT I SELECTED GIVES "0": WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

If, when booking, a "0" (zero) value (in grey) results for one of the time-slots chosen, it means the slot is no longer available (already sold-out or closed). To book, you will have to change the date or time-slot.

HOW CAN I BOOK A VISIT?

By connecting online to the official website of St Mark's Basilica (http://www.basilicasanmarco.it/), go to the "Booking" page, where you can choose the most suitable ticket, the date and available time slot.
After selecting the ticket/s and slots, you can make the online booking and then receive an email (to the address you provided when booking) to confirm booking and your ticket attached as a file.
