Description

This ticket is valid for an Evening Tour of St. Mark's Basilica for groups of up to 100 visitors already with guide and/or tour leader.

NB: the purchase of the voucher does not include a guide and/or tour leader; it is the purchaser's responsibility to arrange for a guide to accompany the group;

- The purchase of the voucher does not include the rental of Whisper radios. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide them for any group of at least 8 people.

Practical Information

Groups without a guide/escort are not allowed into the Basilica. At least four guides are required for the tour to take place.

Once the voucher has been purchased, it is not possible to change the date or time of entry and/or add people to the visit

Groups of over 100 people are not permitted

Please arrive with your guide/escort at Porta dei Fiori (entrance for mass, in Piazzetta dei Leoncini) 5 minutes beforehand. The reception staff will let you in through the appropriate entrance depending on high water or any building works taking place in the Basilica.

The staff will collect the voucher and scan the QR code at the turnstile for each visitor.

The visit start time is the time selected when booking, and shown on the voucher. Please be punctual in order to give all visitors the best experience.

The visit lasts a maximum of 60 minutes (including entry and exit).

Clothing and conduct must be in keeping with the religious nature of the building.

The ticket purchased is always available in the area: Log in - My Account - Order History.

Visitors must be divided into groups of max. 25-30 people with each group being accompanied by a guide/escort.

Backpacks and/or luggage items larger than 40 x 30 x 20 cm are not permitted.

Rolling suitcases (trolleys) are not permitted under any circumstances.

Security personnel may stop non-compliant backpacks/luggage from being taken onto the premises.
