TICKETS BOUGHT IN BREACH OF OUR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, OR FROM UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS, ARE NOT VALID FOR ENTRY.

Once you have finished the process, make the payment: you will find your tickets in the Order History of your Account. Save them on your smart-phone or print them out and take them with you. At the entrance, you will be asked to show them. 

Clothing and conduct should be in keeping with the religious nature of the building (please make sure shoulders and knees are covered).


PURCHASED TICKETS CANNOT BE CHANGED. THEY ARE REFUNDABLE ONLY IN THE CASES SPECIFIED IN THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The right to cancel is not provided for under Article 59(I)(n) of the Consumer Code because the services refer to leisure services, with specification of a date or period of fruition.
