ARE YOU A TOUR GUIDE?

To obtain accreditation and the '2025 annual guide card', which grants guides free entrance, follow these instructions:

1. Register an account (click on REGISTER top-right);

2. Send an email to accrediti@procuratoriasanmarco.it attaching copies of your identity card, guide card, registration with the National Guides Register, and specifying the email address you used to create the account.

3. Wait for confirmation that the payment has been successful (after about 48 hours from application, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays);

4. Log in to the website with your credentials and accredited Guide privileges, and create your “2025 Annual Guide Card” (see example video);

5. Save the QR code for the “2025 annual card” on your smart-phone or keep a printed copy with you to speed up your access to the entire St. Mark's Basilica complex.

6. Please remember that groups can be of up to 25 maximum.


EXAMPLE OF REGISTRATION TO THE WEB SHOP:

Step 1
To use the online buying service as a guide, you must first register with the web shop. Click on the ‘Register’ button at the top-right of this page.

Step 2

After clicking on ‘Register’, enter the email address you used to send your identity document and membership card to accrediti@procuratoriasanmarco.it in the 'Email' field; then enter a password of your choice in the 'Password' field. These will be your credentials for entering the St Mark's Basilica web shop in the area dedicated to Guides.

Step 3

After receiving confirmation of your accreditation, you can buy tickets with accredited-guide privileges using the account that uses the email address you provided during accreditation.
